OUR MINISTRY AFFILIATIONS

The Assembly of Christians does not belong to a denomination; we are an independent church that is theologically reformed baptist. However, we are members of an association of churches called the Fellowship of Independent Reformed Evangelicals (F.I.R.E). We are “reformed” in that we trace our doctrinal roots to the Protestant Reformation and the work of God through Martin Luther. Distinctively, we are reformed baptists in that we hold to the London Baptist Confession of Faith written in 1689, and practice believer baptism only.
