Participants of all fitness levels from beginner to expert are encouraged to participate and leave feeling successful. Instructors will demonstrate both high- and low-impact and high- and low-intensity modifications for choreography so that each participant can work out at their desired level.
Unlike other dance fitness classes, the choreography at Cardio Worship is intentionally glorifying to God... not sensual or suggestive. Every movement has a purpose and a point. Children are welcome to participate in this free workout as well. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cost: Free-will offering; please pay as you are able so classes can continue. You can make your donation the following ways:

FAQs
What if I have never danced before?
Absolutely no dance experience is needed. In fact, if you have never worked out in your life, Cardio Worship may be the place to start. Instructors will break down movements as needed, plus they give visual and verbal cues throughout the workout so you can follow along.
The goal is not to get the steps exactly like the instructors or even anyone else, but to find joy and freedom in following the best that you can while safely exercising and having fun. As Christians, we cultivate an accepting and loving environment filled with people who desire to be a part of this uplifting fitness experience free from judgement…so come as you are!
What should I wear/bring to class?
You do you. Wear whatever makes you feel best, whether that is leggings and a tank top (please consider modesty) or sweatpants and a hoodie. Fabric that breathes and moves with you is always helpful, but most important is making sure you have good support up top and on your feet. Do not forget to bring a water bottle; you will need it! You may also want to bring a small sweat towel.
How intense is the workout?
Cardio Worship is primarily a cardio workout that also incorporates elements of strength training. All of the moves are easily modifiable, and the instructors will demonstrate modifications as needed. Let us put it this way: participants who are on the more athletic end of the spectrum are impressed that this type of movement is such a good workout. Participants who are closer to the beginner side say that the lower-intensity movements are possible for them to do without feeling discouraged or overwhelmed.
